Sunset at Seacaves

Hi there and welcome to Villa Rosa, where we are ready to host both new guests and returning friends here. But why book with us?

Well, surrounded by our private gardens, our large (90m²) 2 bedroomed holiday apartment is self contained and takes up the whole of the lower floor of our villa.

So, unlike a stay in a hotel or an apartment in a busy complex, you won't be spending your holiday in a crowded area, sharing the facilities with lots of other people. 

When you stay here you will have exclusive access and use of the apartment, our private swimming pool, the sunbathing area and the guests patio area.

Our villa is in the much sought after area of Seacaves near Peyia. We are approximately 20 miles to the west of Paphos Airport and about 3 miles from the popular Coral Bay, but just a short walk from the Seacaves cliff tops, where you can find some lovely beaches with crystal clear water or  find a hidden cove just for yourselves. 

We do recommend that you consider hiring a car, particularly if you want explore some of the local villages, the beautiful Akamas Peninsula or even the Troodos Mountains.

We take a great deal of pride in our apartment: it is fully equipped and is maintained to the highest standard because, well, because it is part of our home.

Our 2 bedroomed holiday apartment is completely self-contained, covers the whole of the lower floor of the villa and has a "no step" separate access.

The accommodation is comprised of: 

A comfortable lounge area with two settees and free hi speed wi-fi. A TV set is also provided for guests, with live streamed  TV services.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed, a dressing table, chairs, a large wardrobe, a black-out screen and a fly screen.  

Bedroom 2 is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a pair of bunk beds, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, chairs, a black-out screen and a fly screen. If required, the double bed in this room can be swapped out for two single beds instead. 

A newly installed integrated kitchen, with electric hob, fan oven, microwave oven and fridge freezer. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need when cooking here.

Next to the kitchen there is a good sized separate dining room, with a large dining table and chairs . 

The recently refitted bathroom is equipped with a sink, vanity unit, walk in shower and WC.  

New air-conditioning and heating has been fitted throughout. 

Externally there is a guests private patio area.  

Guests have exclusive access and use of our private swimming pool and poolside sunbathing area. 

There is ample free parking for two cars to the side of the property.    

For your comfort we provide:

Air conditioning and heating in living and sleeping areas as required. 

A fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans,  utensils, kettle, cafetieres, toaster,  glasses, crockery, and cutlery.

Safety equipment - a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. 

Freshly laundered bed linen for each bed, with sufficient pillows for each guest.

Extra pillows and bedding are available "just in case!" 

Clean towels for each guest.  

Hot and cold water, and potable drinking water.

A washing machine, a clothes airer, an ironing board and an iron, at no additional cost.

Guests private patio area with table, chairs and sun umbrella. A traditional barbecue can be provided upon request.

A cool box, freezer blocks, and picnic blanket can be provided upon request for days out or beach visits. 

Please Note:

A separate area can be made available for washing, drying and secure storage of scuba diving equipment if required.

Shopping can be ordered and delivered from the local supermarket by arrangement.

Guests can leave luggage in a safe area (by arrangement) between booking out and flights home.
